Agency GTB and Lobo plan for the unthinkable in Ford’s lighthearted spot for FordPass™. The animation in Ford’s signature brand colors follows an unexpected roadside collision and its obvious conclusion: using the FordPass™ mobile app collision assistance feature, a step-by-step guide to restoring a vehicle to pre-accident condition. The new feature works just as good as--but not quite like--a spare time machine nestled in your trunk.LOBO captured the whimsy of a road trip with primary colors and simple shapes, rendering the animation as easy to digest as the FordPass™ app itself. By balancing the collision with a dose of levity, the studio translates the occasional accident as a momentary hiccup rather than a full-blown crisis.
