The Pennsylvania State University, also known as PSU, is launching a campaign together with Decoded Advertising and Lobo to show the positive impact their alumni are making upon the world. Thanks to the education and tools provided by PSU, a large number of scientists and researchers are developing innovative solutions to many of today’s problems – people like Christina Grozinger, who’s implementing creative approaches to prevent the decline in bee populations in Pennsylvania and beyond, and Shevy Karbasi, who was motivated by his own grandfather’s bout with cancer to create an equipment that allows patients to take blood tests quickly at home. Those stories are told in a rich, painterly graphic style, reminiscent of sophisticated editorial illustrations, combining CG animation with hand-drawn elements like brush strokes and textures.
